The list dominated by electoral figures and topped by Angela Merkel, chancellor of Germany, on a the American Vogue editor-in-chief and simply Condé Nast artistic director Ould – Wintour at number 39, four places higher than last year.
Forbes checklists her as one of the “most-watched” women popular, which this year has included all Metropolitan Museum of Art renaming its halls of fashion, including the Garb Institutes Galleries, in her complete of her fundraising efforts in the institute.
